Hiring Conversations You Can Bank On: The Podcast is a project that I produced for Willing to Hunt in partnership with the creative agency, Halcyon Creative. Willing to Hunt as a firm is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruiting service for business and financial services institutions. Hiring Conversations You Can Bank On: The Podcast is a visual and audio content product that highlights the stories of various business and finances professionals to demonstrate the numerous viable paths to success within the industry.

My involvement in the creative process is to receive the raw interview footage recorded on Zoom and creative a compelling visual podcast product using Adobe Creative Suite. This editing process required curating motion graphic animation options for intro and outro sequences to be approved by the client and the rest of the creative team with Halcyon Creative. I will cut, rearrange, and resize the separate frames from the original Zoom interview footage before placing these components within the branded background that was designed in partnership with Halcyon Creative. I also curated and presented royalty-free music options for the intro and outro sequences and mastered and crossfaded the audio levels between the intro/outro audio and the interview audio.
